Optical Color Modulation and Performance of Full Spectral LED Devices

  • Three kinds of phosphors, SOB480, GAP530 and NRL650, were used as the research objects, the full spectrum white LED was prepared by encapsulating phosphors with different mass ratios to meet the market demand. The light efficiency, color temperature, color coordinates, color rendering index and spectral intensity of 3014 LED devices were studied. Finally, it was found that the corresponding chromaticity coordinates of the phosphor ratio selected by the chromaticity coordinates on the CIE chromaticity diagram could fall on the blackbody radiation line and the color rendering index of the full spectrum white LED device was higher, its values were greater than 90, and the luminescence spectrum curve was more continuous.
