Performance of White Light Devices Based on Quantum Dot Materials

  • As the most widely used, fastest growing and most popular materials in white light devices, quantum dot materials are widely applied in LED devices. In this review, the effects of quantum dot materials on the performance of white light devices, such as poor compatibility, poor thermal stability, poor oxygen, poor moisture stability and poor optical stability, were discussed in the packaging process of quantum dot materials.
