Abstract
More and more study suggested that dysregulated long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) expression played important roles in the development and progression of human cancers. Based on the differential expression analysis, the single-sample network method and the survival analysis, 6 lncRNAs were identified as the molecular biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Functional enrichment analysis indicated that 6 lncRNAs might be involved in related biological processes of cell metabolism. A new perspective was provided for identifying the molecular biomarkers of LUAD at the molecular network level.
