Research on the catalysts for Mannich reaction

As an important carbon–carbon bond-forming reaction, the Mannich reaction finds broad application in organic synthesis. In recent years, research on catalysts for the Mannich reaction has attracted considerable attention. This article reviews the research progress of Mannich reaction catalysts over the past six years, covering the latest research achievements in catalyst types, reaction condition optimization, and synthesis applications, with the objective of providing theoretical references and technical insights for research in related fields.
